What is Moonfire Realms: Fantasy Faire & Gala?

Moonfire Realms is a one-day immersive fantasy event featuring a daytime Fantasy Faire and an evening Fantasy Gala, bringing together readers, gamers, artists, cosplayers, and fantasy lovers for a shared, story-driven experience.

What is the difference between the Fantasy Faire and the Fantasy Gala?

The Fantasy Faire (morning–afternoon) is a lively, community-focused experience featuring vendors, games, workshops, tabletop play, and interactive realms.
The Fantasy Gala (evening) is a more elegant, enchanted experience with performances, costumes, music, and immersive storytelling.

Do I need separate tickets for the Faire and the Gala?

Tickets may be purchased separately, or you can choose a combined ticket if you’d like to attend both experiences. Full ticket details will be available soon.

What types of tickets are available?

Can I attend if I’m new to fantasy, D&D, or tabletop games?

​Absolutely. Moonfire Realms is designed to be welcoming to both longtime fans and newcomers. No prior experience is needed.

​Will food and drinks be available?

Yes. Food and beverage vendors will be on-site, offering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Alcohol purchases will require valid ID.

​Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Tickets are non-refundable. Transfer policies will be outlined at the time of purchase.

Will tickets be available at the door?

A limited number of tickets may be available at the door. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance to guarantee entry.
