Moonfire Realms: Fantasy Faire & Gala is a fantasy-themed, Renaissance-inspired event happening on September 26, 2026 at Rubicon Farm, North Carolina. The event features a daytime Fantasy Faire and an evening Gala, immersive realms, vendors, performers, and a magical experience for fantasy lovers, bookworms, cosplayers, artists, and creators.
We are inviting content creators and influencers to collaborate with us and help bring the realms to life through creative storytelling, visuals, and community engagement.

What You’ll Receive
Selected creators may receive free or discounted Ren Faire tickets and/or discounted Gala tickets, depending on reach, content style, and overall fit.
Content Requirements
Creators selected for collaboration will be required to produce agreed-upon content, which may include:

Pre-event promotional content (posts, reels, stories, or videos)

Event-day coverage (photos, videos, reels, stories, or podcast mentions)

Post-event content or recap (optional, depending on tier)
Specific deliverables, timelines, and posting requirements will be outlined clearly in the collaboration agreement.
