Vendor Refund & Cancellation Policy
All Moonfire Realms event tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except where otherwise stated in this policy.
This includes:

Fantasy Faire General Admission

D&D Adventurer Pass
-
Fantasy Faire Family Pass
-
Fantasy Gala General Admission
-
Fantasy Gala VIP
-
Faire & Gala Combo tickets
-
Any other event tickets or passes offered by Moonfire Realms
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may contact Moonfire Realms to request a ticket transfer to another person.
Ticket transfers must be requested before the event and are subject to approval by the Moonfire Realms team.
Tickets may not be resold for more than their original purchase price.
All vendor fees and payments are non-refundable once payment has been received.
Because vendor payments are committed toward event expenses and planning, we are unable to issue refunds for:

Vendor cancellations

Changes in availability

Personal scheduling conflicts

Travel or transportation issues
-
Failure to attend the event

Changes in business circumstances

Inclement weather or other circumstances outside the event's control
Vendor spaces are considered secured only after payment has been received, and payments cannot be transferred back to the vendor once the space has been confirmed.
