Please note that vendor setups are part of the Fantasy Faire only, taking place from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and will not be available during the evening Gala.

Become part of the magic behind Moonfire Realms: Fantasy Faire & Gala 🌙⚔️
We’re currently looking for volunteers to help bring our immersive fantasy event to life on September 26, 2026 at Rubicon Farm in West End, NC. From assisting guests and vendors to helping with activities, setup, and realm operations, volunteers play an important role in creating an unforgettable experience for our community.
